Rebuilding Bone Mass: Grab the Horse by the Tail

The answer to rebuilding solid bones is in the title of this post.

The main mineral we need to build bones is not calcium, it is SILICA.   Do you know why? We assume since our bones are made of calcium if we ingest it, then we cure the cause. No, we need to understand how our body rebuilds bone mass once it is lost.

Our body uses a process called biological transmutations, to rebuild bones. A process by which one substance gets transformed into another substance, similar to alchemy.


To rebuild bones silica must be transformed into calcium!

The highest source of silica in the world is in HORSETAIL.

We need calcium in our diet but the highest sources are in green leafy vegetables, and not dairy products. Rebuilding bones requires replacing the many lost minerals that coffee, tea, alochol , and processed foods drain from the body. When we target disease we should rebuild the entire system not just try and target one mineral or one vitamin, and hope it cures the illness.  The body needs all the vitmains and minerals to stay healthy, prevent disease, or heal disease. We need to give the body more than just the 'bare bones". 

Rebuilding bones and healing all disease lies in the ability to nourish the body back to health. Specifically for osteoporosis we need to supplement with horsetail, nettles, kelp and alfalfa and consume far more leafy greeens.

The best way to get all of this in one serving is in a smoothie first thing in the morning.

Smoothie Recipe for Osteoporosis.

1.) bunch green leafy vegetables (spinach, collard, dandelion, etc)
2.) horsetail, nettle powder, kelp, alfalfa (1 tsp each)
3.) banana
4.) mango (optional)
5.) 1/4 cup water

Blend. Repeat daily.  It is my promise to you that you will not taste the greens in this drink, the strong flavour of the banana will overpower everything else in the recipe. And it tastes fantastic. 

Important: It is essential that the foods that drain minerals get cut down, replaced, or removed from the diet.

This recipe will heal more than just weakening bones, done consistently,  it has the power to take you much further in terms of radiance and better health.
