Dan McDonald: The Life Regenerator

A couple of years back I went to Hawaii on a David Wolfe retreat. There were a lot of people there, and many friendships were made. Some of the guests were famous and others like myself were just starting their path. But we all kept tabs on each other. One such person on the retreat was a man named Dan Mcdonald.  Since Hawaii Dan has become an icon on You Tube, known as the "Life Regenerator", teaching people how to juice and incorporating juicing as a daily practice. He does a video everyday, and shares his spiritual philosophies with the world.

He is very entertaining , diverse, and motivational. He is drop dead gorgeous and really inspires all to achieve a greater sense of self. He lives in the woods, and juices out of his trailer that he lives in. He likes to take off his clothes a lot , and he did in Hawaii too, and he likes walking around naked. That was what he was known for on our trip, the naked guy

Although in his videos we see Dan with his shirt off most of the time. He has a great physique. His endurance, stamina, and overall appearance reach to amazing heights. He does a new juice everyday for people. In Hawaii Dan would go pick fresh coconut off of the palm tress abundant in Hawaii and slice them open and drink them all day. We camped out, and I would pick papaya off of the trees on our campsite, and Dan went for the coconuts.

Dan discusses many topics on you tube, for example:

1.) Dan's Cellulite Buster
2.) Dan's Weight loss program
3.) Watermelon facts
4.) Natural V8 Juice
5.) Peaches and Cream recipe
6.) Benefits of Walking and Meditating
