How to Be Extremely Healthy For People That Prefer Not to Cook

1.) A Crock Pot
2.) A Steamer
Buy both of those and you are set for life. You buy whatever you want to eat and throw it in, and the machine will cook it for you. The great thing about a steamer is that you get to put in green leafy things, fish and vegetables that you wouldn't normally eat. A great way to get greens into the diet without having to eat them raw, ugh, like kale, chard, collard, or dandelion root. We have to find some way to get them in our diet. They even have multilevel steamers, you can steam your fish and rice and vegies at the sametime, genuis, and when it all comes out, it's a done meal! Imagine the possibilites.
For the laziest of folks you can even try and steam your dishes, forget the washing. Hey why not.
Benefits of A Steamer

-can use fish unlike the crock pot
-can incorporate many healthy starches you hadn't tried such as basmati rice, wild rice, quinoa, millet, etc
-cook a whole meal at once
-get the greens into our diet
