Easy Natural Treatments for Oily and Dry Skin

Cucumber Mask

Directions:

Peel a cucumber, finely grate it. Lie down relax and apply cucumber to face and neck.  After applying, place a warm towel over the face. Relax for 20-30mins. Rinse off.

For Dry Skin

Avocado Mask

Puree 1 rip avocado with 6-7 drops of fresh squeezed rip orange. Add 1 tablespoon of hemp oil. Massage this mixture onto face and neck. Lie down and relax. Rinse with luke warm water after 20-30minutes.

Aloe Vera Mask

The instant face lift for tired or sagging skin

Directions:

Fillet a piece of aloe vera exposing the inner gel. Rub a thick layer of this gel over the face and neck. Lie down and relax. This mask can be put on before sleep and left on throughout the night. Rinse with luke warm water in the morning.

Natural Cures for Bags Under the Eyes

Bags under the eyes indicates that the adrenal system is over burdened and exhausted. It indicates a sodium depletion, or salt depletion. We need to replenish sodium levels, by eating sodium rich foods such as
1.) juicing celery
2.) dulse
3.) celtic sea salt
4.) Braggs Liquid aminos to flavour food

Also avoiding coffee and refined sugars and replacing those stimulants with things like chamomile tea, will greatly reduce bags under the eyes. Praticing daily deep breathing, getting plenty of sleep and mediating will also help a great deal.
