Natural Therapy For Looking Years Younger

The natural therapy for looking years younger is YOGA. I am about to tell you the most beneficial form of yoga on Earth, that very few people know about or practice.  This form of yoga is called Mysore Ashtanga Vinyasa.

It is a form of hatha yoga developed in Mysore India by Pattabhi Jois. Many people know that Ashtanga yoga is also called "power" yoga, and has become very popular among main stream. It really is important to gain a vital understanding of what yoga is really about. Yoga is actually meant to be a mind-body-spiritual experience. It is meant to bring flexibility, stillness of mind, and spiritual evolution to the practitioner. In todays mainstream it is used primarily for flexibility, and health. Ashtanga is taught in most yoga studios today, but the fundamental breathing system, that gives this form of yoga its most profound health benefits, known as Tristana, is not taught.

In most classes ashtanga yoga is taught with an instructor, but traditionally,  it was meant to be self led.  The student was shown the sequence of postures by the instructor then left to practice on their own and observed by the master instructor, and their techniques were adjusted accordingly. The entire sequence of postures associated with the ashtanga practice is called the "primary series". The student must learn all the postures known as "asanas" in sequence to learn the primary series..

Each asana was specifically added for a very important reason. Today many of the asanas of the primary series, are left out, in the instructor style class.  In mysore ashtanga, there are four key elements to the breathing system, they are:
  1. Ujjayi pranayama (stretching of the breath)
  2. Vinyasa (synchronized movement of the breath)
  3. Bandhas (internal energetic locks)
  4. Dhristi (Internal gazing)

All of these elements have to be simultaneously engaged during practice, all combined are called Tristana.
The main benefits of the Mysore Ashtanga are as follows:

the student can practice at their own pace
the student can practice stillness of mind that is difficult with led classes
the student only go in postures that they can handle
the student can get in touch deeply with their body and spirit
the breathing system allows for rejuvination and detoxification
