Why Do People Eat Junk Food If They Know It Isn't Healthy For Them?

I will tell you why people eat foods they know isn't good for them, because they all have something in common, yes, the ding dongs and bon bons, all share one commonality. They all suppress the emotions. They are coping mechanisms. Yes, even though someone could reach for a pineapple that is sweet and nutritious, nope, not going to compete with that pineapple cheese cake! If many people were honest with themselves, they would have to admit, there are many things about life they are not happy with.
Maybe it's our finances, maybe it's our job, the state of our world? Life just isn't or hasn't turned out the way we had hoped for. Facing these feeling seems overwhelming, it seems too much to bear, to even have to admit a lot of truths to ourselves.
Many people on Earth at this time feel things they would never admit for fear of what it could mean. So by eating "junk food" it suppresses those feelings and we don't have to feel them anymore. But the truth remains, our lives still stay the same. As time goes on, we get heavier, we feel more sick, get more tired, because we need a coping mechanism.

The assumption made by so many at this time is that it is the healers job to heal someone else. This isn't true, patients must heal themselves, they are the only ones that can have the ultimate authority about what they are willing to face or not. About what they are willing to do or not.
There is no "happy pill" out there, or magic wands. Everyone on Earth is accountable for their own feelings. We all have to go through the same process of coming out of denial, we must go through the pain to release the pain.
So how does this process work?
We do this by letting go of the "junk" to see what we are trying to ignore. Here are some steps
1.) Admit what is bothering us
2.) Find someone to talk to ( subliminal whispers: a homeopath )
3.) Face our feelings
4.) Give feelings emotional release
Once the feelings get released life has to change. The emotions are magnetic, when we release the inner feelings the things we attract start to change. But it is the patient that decides what they want to look at or face, or ready to change. To the degree the patient is willing to change, is the proportional to the degree in which they will experience transformation, and healing. For example, one of my patient's life completely changed. In one month her salary doubled, she lost ten pounds, and looks fit and beautiful. But it was her that decided to juice every other day, to look at inner feelings, and to stand up to certain people in her life, to create for herself a better reality.
