Indications of Inner Anger and How Homeopathy Can Heal

Anger, is a very difficult emotion to deal with...why? Because it is so hard to control. But that's what we hear, we need to manage it, tuck it away under a couch, seek therapy, talk ourselves out of it, meditate. Ok, anyone that has a lot of anger wants the anger gone, they don't want to manage it or tuck it away somewhere they want to heal it.

Homeopathy is a more attractive option for clearing anger that isn't going to make us do anything uncomfortable. But people with anger DO need to act, because anger is an explosive emotion and may get out of control if we do not heal it. People with anger can not help it, they just react, they don't mean to be so harsh but it is just there. AHHHH.

I have seen in my practice anger being one of the key emotions that dissipates first. Or gets down to lighter levels quickly. But you know whats ironic? I notice the changes, but my patients don't always notice. The people around us are good barometers of real change happening within us, when others notice, we are making good progress.

Homeopathy seeks to heal the inner wound that is causing this knee jerk angry reaction that causes pain for the patient and for others that have to deal with it.  The inner wound is different for everyone, and so every case is individual. But it stems mostly from our issues relating with our parents at a young age, and the way they treated us and delt with us. Sometimes anger is learned, other times it is suppressed.

As with anything it takes time to heal ALL our anger, but it can get down to tolerable levels quickly.
